We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Cycling Instructors to join our team in Connecticut and Westchester. As a Cycling Instructor at Equinox, you will be responsible for delivering the Equinox Experience to our members in each class, adhering to the class description, and modifying the intensity for participants when necessary. You will continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class, ensure that classes begin and end on time, and assist members with technical and mechanical support on the bike to maximize their experience.
