We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in providing habilitation or rehabilitation occupational therapy services to clients in their residences. Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, the successful candidate will perform all occupational therapy procedures planned and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist in accordance with the plan of care.
