As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a talented team that shares our values and is dedicated to making a difference. **Program Overview** Our Tax Season Program is a 14-week initiative that runs from January 13th to April 15th, 2025. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on tax-related topics.
