Munich Re is the world’s leading reinsurance company, and they are seeking a highly motivated Campus Recruiter to join their North American campus recruitment team. The role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment for campus hiring, enhancing student engagement, and managing campus branding initiatives. Responsibilities - Support full-cycle recruitment for North American roles, as it relates to Campus hiring (co-ops, internships, new graduates) in a high volume environment - Work with the business and HR community to grow and improve student engagement, development, assessment, and retention - Participate, plan and support campus branding and attraction initiatives, supporting a calendar of events that offers unique student experiences and highlights Munich Re as an employer of choice (examples include but are not limited to: Munich Re Experience, case competitions, conferences, recruitment events) - Responsible for the day-to-day administration within campus programs including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, submitting rank matching and other ad-hoc administration - Interacting with candidates, hiring leaders and career centers throughout the campus and experienced hire recruitment process - Seek opportunities to build on-campus presence through relationships with student groups and student referrals - Manage campus invoicing, event logistics and other recurring tasks within the campus team - Seeks opportunities to partner with external vendors and groups for student talent (recruitment platforms, scholarship programs, student associations) Skills - 1-2 years of campus/administration/sourcing/agency experience - Post-secondary education, with an emphasis in Human Resources - Prior experience with Application Tracking Systems / HRIS systems administration - Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with an ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment - Strong Microsoft Office skills and technical abilities; experience with calendar management an asset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Customer focused and able to nurture positive customer relationships with strong sense of urgency - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism - Proactive and willingness to learn - SAP SuccessFactors an asset, though not required - Experience with calendar management an asset Benefits - An engaging and collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and development - A hybrid work environment that combines weekly in-office and remote days - A great compensation package including annual company bonus - Market leading company-paid flexible health and dental benefits, starting on your first day - Flexible dollars provided by the company to put towards Health Spending Account and/or Wellness Spending Account - Immediate participation in DC Pension Plan with an automatic employer contribution, plus optional company match - Generous time off including vacation, personal days, unplanned time, Statutory Holidays and company-wide early closure half-days - Learning and development programs and resources, including unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, Education Assistance Program and reimbursement for professional fees - Maternity, Parental & Adoption Leave top-up program - Employee Referral Program, Recognition & Rewards Platform Company Overview - Munich Re is an insurance company that provides reinsurance, insurance, and risk solutions.
