As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the frontline point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support through emails, chats, and calls. Reporting to our Head of Commercial, you'll be responsible for proactively addressing customer issues with a customer-centric approach, collaborating with the team to troubleshoot problems, and championing the customer perspective to drive positive changes to the blithequark customer experience.

This is a part-time remote position with a fixed schedule:
