Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer service inquiries using our telephonic and computer software systems.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure thorough call documentation and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, prioritizing issues and responding accordingly.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and meet personal and customer service team call handling targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a CSA at blithequark, you'll need:
- A high level of dedication, enthusiasm, and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customers.
- A customer-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, navigating computer systems and software applications with ease.
- A strong understanding of technology, including Microsoft Office suite of products, and phone systems.
- The ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, remaining calm and courteous under pressure.
- A willingness to attend extended new hire training and work a regular schedule, including a shift working eight hours per day between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Call center experience, with a strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
As a CSA, you'll be required to:
- Work in a dedicated workspace, either on-site or remotely, with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Maintain information privacy and security, adhering to blithequark's Remote Work Policy.
- Spend extended periods sitting at a workstation, with occasional weight lifting requirements (up to 10 lbs.).
