Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt and professional service to all clients.

- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using customer support software to track and manage customer inquiries.

Essential Qualifications
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
