Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Support continuous calls and digital interactions (chat, SMS text, email, etc.) into the CSC, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support.
- Perform assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sell flights and ancillary products and services, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Crewmember at blithequark, you'll need:
- Successful completion of new hire training, ensuring you're equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- A safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, whether working from home or in our CSC.
- The ability to pass a 10-year background check, demonstrating your commitment to integrity and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to respond on short notice.
- Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- A high-speed internet connection to meet work-from-home requirements, enabling seamless remote work.
Education and Experience Requirements
We're looking for candidates with:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- At least one (1) year of customer service or sales experience, showcasing your ability to interact with customers and drive sales growth.
Technical and Functional Competencies
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Technical proficiency in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS.
- The ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (chat, SMS text, email, etc.), handling multiple interactions simultaneously.
- The capacity to navigate complex processes while interacting with customers, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple digital interactions concurrently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, enabling efficient task management.
Preferred Skills and Experience
While not mandatory, previous sales and call center experience is highly preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to drive sales growth and handle high-volume customer interactions.
