- Effectively and efficiently utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet.
- Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics, ensuring high-quality service is delivered.
- Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program.
- Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using online reference materials and technical systems.
