Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our Night Shift Support team. As a primary technical resource for our InteleShare application, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our software is properly configured and functioning effectively and efficiently at all times. This is a remote position within the USA, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ranging from major hospital networks to small radiology facilities, via phone and remote desktop-sharing.
