As a Co-op Operations and Customer Center professional at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational hub, responsible for strategic and tactical decision-making in the event of operational disruptions. Requirements to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related 4-year degree program
- Available to work for three alternating semesters, Monday through Friday
- Must be enrolled in an educational institution throughout the co-op program
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Team-first attitude with a focus on team success
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in both group and individual settings

- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
