**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
**Expected Hours and Work Environment**
The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to a dedicated workspace and the necessary tools to succeed.
**Temporary Role with Potential for Permanent Offer**
This role is hired on an "at need" basis and will be hired initially as a temp role. If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and build your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of the arenaflex products and services
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
