As an Inside Technology Sales Representative, you will connect clients with the right hardware and software solutions, manage the sales process, and build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach. Responsibilities - Serve as a front-line technology sales resource, working directly with clients and internal staff to identify the right hardware and software solutions - Respond to inbound requests by deciphering client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering accurate, timely quotes - Own the full transactional sales process from initial conversation through close - Proactively build pipeline through CRM-driven outreach, including daily outreach to prospects - Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and opportunities within the CRM - Develop a strong working knowledge of available technology products through self-paced learning and hands-on experience - Navigate objections professionally, handle rejection with resilience, and continuously refine messaging and approach Skills - A passion for sales and a genuine desire to succeed in a quota-driven, transactional environment - An outgoing, confident communication style with strong listening skills and the ability to translate needs into solutions - Persistence and comfortability with rejection and motivated to keep moving forward - Strong digital fluency, including comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic productivity tools to manage leads and workflows - Critical thinking skills to assess client requests, ask the right questions, and recommend appropriate technology options - A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively - Openness to learning and growing your technology and sales knowledge Benefits - Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance - 401k/profit-sharing - Paid time off and holidays - Flexible work arrangements - Paid parental leave Company Overview - Pinion provides accounting and consulting services to the food and agriculture industries.
