Job Summary
This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Solutions Project Specialist who will play a critical role in planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific project goals. As a project management expert, you will analyze customer requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customer solutions that exceed expectations. You will work closely with our Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) team to grow the customer solutions business and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource alignment
- Identify and manage critical paths, ensuring effective communication planning and stakeholder management
- Analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations for solutions, evaluating their effectiveness prior to implementation
- Provide feedback to team members on lessons learned, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Keep customer solutions project stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring transparency and collaboration
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred)
- Experience using Project Management Tools, such as MS Project Management and Team Works
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, team members, and clients
- Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Certification (desired)
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances
