Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
