As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our organization, interacting with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing top-notch support to our valued customers. Your daily activities will include a mix of inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be involved in quality control and leadership development, ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people at all levels, and maintaining good customer relations. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, and you should be legally authorized to work in the US/Canada.
