**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
* Entering application and enrollment information into our web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for our programs over the phone
* Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our rules and guidelines, as well as other related program policies
* Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of our program requirements
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
* The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers and colleagues
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A background and drug screening will be required
* Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
* Knowledge of our programs and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
* Experience working with diverse populations and communities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
