Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and courteous way.
- Handle approximately 30-45 phone calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues related to orders, tracking, and package errors.
- Utilize instant messaging and Live Chat to resolve customer issues and provide support.
- Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solution.
- Represent arenaflex as the first line of response, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
