This exciting opportunity is part of our Payments and Digital Strategy team at blithequark Credit Union. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling everyday tasks related to check processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers at blithequark Credit Union. You will have the chance to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and advance your career while enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, intermediate Excel and Word skills, and excellent customer service skills. Previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and knowledge of Episys/Symitar and processing wires are preferred. You should be skilled in Microsoft Office software, able to work prolonged hours in support of business needs, and able to exercise excellent customer service skills.
