As a key member of our Service Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and driving business growth. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including freight pickup requests, rate quotes, hot shipments, shipment tracing, and appointments or special requests * Collaborating with the Service Center Manager and Account Managers to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery * Providing assistance to Drivers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery * Preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies, to build strong relationships and drive business growth * Participating in cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive business outcomes * May be asked to assist with payroll, data entry, freight reports, driver collect reports, billing, and filing **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of phone calls and resolving complex issues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Experience working in a logistics or transportation industry, with knowledge of freight operations and regulations * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on time management and organization **Benefits and Perks** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive weekly pay, with opportunities for advancement and career growth * A comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed * A positive and people-centered work environment, with a focus on inclusivity, respect, and continuous learning * Modern facilities, with state-of-the-art technology and equipment * Opportunities for professional development and growth, with a focus on empowering you to reach your full potential **Shift Availability** We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to work a regular schedule of 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Starting Pay** The starting pay for this role is $18.00/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on relevant industry experience. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for problem-solving and a drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
