**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Service Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and driving business growth. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including freight pickup requests, rate quotes, hot shipments, shipment tracing, and appointments or special requests
* Collaborating with the Service Center Manager and Account Managers to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
* Providing assistance to Drivers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery
* Preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies, to build strong relationships and drive business growth
* Participating in cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive business outcomes
* May be asked to assist with payroll, data entry, freight reports, driver collect reports, billing, and filing

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of phone calls and resolving complex issues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
* Experience working in a logistics or transportation industry, with knowledge of freight operations and regulations
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on time management and organization

**Shift Availability**
We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to work a regular schedule of 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
**Starting Pay**
The starting pay for this role is $18.00/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on relevant industry experience.
