**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve member issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information to members regarding arenaflex products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in PC operations and navigation, including Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with CRM software and data entry experience a plus
