Job Overview
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your role will also involve connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to address their queries and concerns.
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding blithequark's values and respecting every customer.
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Clearly understand and respond appropriately to the issues that customers present, composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
- Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Qualifications
- High School or equivalent diploma.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
