As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, navigating complex patient information, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Navigate complex patient information, including medication records, medical histories, and insurance details
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our electronic health records system
* Resolve patient inquiries, address medication-related issues, and provide support to healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex patient cases, including those requiring specialized knowledge or expertise

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser
+ Typing URLs in the address bar

+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
