Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from our customer service department and related systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from our customer service department and other related systems to identify user behavior patterns, issue trends, and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key metrics, such as customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and first contact resolution.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve team performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience, and collaborate with team leaders to implement solutions and track the impact of changes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and first contact resolution rates.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for senior management, and support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection, storage, and analysis, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analysis.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences, and provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following requirements are essential:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or similar role, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
