**A Day in the Life of a Branch Customer Service Representative**
As a Branch Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our branch, greeting customers, and providing peace of mind by servicing their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products
* Generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information
* Responding to customer inquiries and referring to senior staff or agent when appropriate
* Providing cashiering services to members, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel, and sale of tickets, and travel money products
* Receiving and resolving member/customer complaints and seeking assistance from management in complaint resolution when appropriate
* Providing administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods
* Conducting outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
* Other duties as assigned

**We Are Looking for Candidates Who**
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have working experience in a customer-focused environment
* Provide customer-focused service and timely solutions to problems
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Are willing to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends (may include community events)
**Work Environment**
This is an in-office position, and employees will service arenaflex members in-person and be based on-site in an arenaflex branch facility.
