**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
* **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* **Communication**: Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, provide updates, and share knowledge.
* **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and support Fleet standard programs for all raise DCLC (Delta Captain leadership path) and Pilot Indoctrination.
* Coordinate DCLC monthly instructor schedule.
* Coordinate and communicate monthly DCLC student roster.
* Coordinate DCLC path updates with core instructor team.
* Maintain strong relationships with education development/Media supervisor, Analytics supervisor, and key growth stakeholders and instructor group.
* Support all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot management.
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities.
* Expectancies for professionalism, leadership, decision-making, team resource, and risk and error control.
* Customer company policies, procedures, and available resources.
* Be an excellent communicator and listener.
* Present an organized briefing and lead large, interactive discussions.
**What You Need to Succeed**
* Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
* Embrace a diverse set of people, questioning, and styles.
* Possess a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency.
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
* Airline shipping Pilot certificates with plane Multiengine Land class.
* Must have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier.
* Should have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air service.
* Candidates must apply no later than 24 months after retiring from a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier (Exceptions can be considered).
* Applicant must be familiar with technology required for the position, including, but not limited to:
+ Use of Apple iPad tablet
+ Conversant in the technology required to access company information, email, schedules, and meetings
+ Conversant in the use of MS PowerPoint
