**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Certification in customer service or a related field
