Why Join Key Autism Services?

Key Autism Services is a nationally recognized leader in providing evidence‑based autism support across eight states, including Massachusetts, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Illinois, and Texas. Since 2014, we have partnered with families, schools, and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, data‑driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs that empower children on the autism spectrum and their caregivers. Our mission is simple yet profound: to nurture lifelong independence and quality of life through collaborative, family‑centered treatment.

As an Experienced ABA Behavior Therapist on our team, you will become a pivotal part of this mission. You’ll work directly in families’ homes, delivering individualized therapy that translates research into meaningful daily improvements. If you are passionate about shaping brighter futures, love the flexibility of remote‑oriented work, and thrive in a supportive, growth‑focused environment, this is the role for you.

Position Overview

This full‑time, remote‑compatible role is based in Black Mountain, NC (or surrounding areas) and offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20 per hour with opportunities to earn up to $4,000 in performance‑based incentives over a twelve‑month period. You will provide one‑on‑one, in‑home ABA therapy under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Shifts are flexible and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or after‑school hours to best accommodate the families you serve.
