As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and diverse organization that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **The Role** As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in the right quantities. Your key responsibilities will include: * Coordinating with external suppliers to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring that they meet arenaflex's quality and safety standards. * Working with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, to ensure that critical parts are delivered promptly and efficiently. * Providing past-due notifications to suppliers, to ensure that they are aware of any delays or issues. * Handling maintenance, transportation, and stock reports to ensure that materials are available when needed. * Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups, to ensure that they have the information they need to perform their jobs effectively. * Resuscitating FMR (Flight Material Report) or log pages with current vehicle data, to ensure that our records are up-to-date and accurate. * Creating and resuscitating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams, to provide visibility into our inventory and supply chain. * Staying up-to-date with relevant buying records and information within our purchasing software programs. * Assisting Purchasers with getting clarifications and buy-requesting status, to ensure that they have the information they need to make informed decisions. * Working with internal divisions, as well as suppliers, to address any aberrations in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity, which may impact our operations. * Assisting Managers in resolving receipt issues, to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in the right quantities. * Working with Provider Managers to identify and mitigate any potentially hazardous circumstances, to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and the general public. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/arranging. * A strong inclination towards logistics planning and inventory management. * A long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance is a plus. * At least one year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role, or equivalent experience in a production network. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and other teams. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications. * A strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. * A proactive approach to issue resolution, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Strong moderate limits and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. **What We Offer** As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
