Evening Picking & Packing Assistant (5PM–10PM) – Amazon Store

Through our high-volume live-streams on Whatnot and our online store, we fulfil thousands of customer orders every month from our warehouse in Mansfield. The Role:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Evening Picking & Packing Assistant to work in our warehouse from 5PM–10PM, Monday to Friday. You’ll be helping process and ship orders sold during our daily live-streams, mostly involving trading cards, accessories, and collectibles.

This is a part-time role to start — with the potential for more hours or weekend shifts as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders sold via our Whatnot live streams
• Sort and organise cards/products into order batches
• Print and match shipping labels using our internal tools
• Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace
• Restock packing stations with supplies and cards
• Assist with prepping products for the next day’s streams
• Work quickly and carefully to meet nightly packing targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail — especially with small and high-value items like trading cards
• Good sense of order and organisation
• Reliability and strong timekeeping
• Ability to work independently in a structured way
• Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfilment experience is ideal but not essential
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 15kg

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Occasional weekend shifts and additional hours available
