We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the connection between our clients, management, and production. Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service. - Learn about our products to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries. - Process orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment. - Oversee the timeline of orders, ensuring they are processed and delivered as scheduled. - Prepare logistics for the delivery of products, coordinating with logistics partners. - Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, management, and production teams. Qualifications: - Friendly and organized, with exceptional attention to detail. - Great communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience working in customer support, preferably within the furniture or design industry. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Fluency in English and Russian is required; proficiency in French is a bonus.
