The CDA will manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders, customer and executive sponsors
- Maintain and enhance open communication channels with internal departments and customers
- Provide timely response to team requests and correspondence with a flexible, results-based approach to resolving issues and determining next steps
- Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Inventory and sales forecasting for assigned customers
- Clearly communicate the progress of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process and sales improvements and collaborate with others to execute
- Contribute, when required, in situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives
- Contribute to the achievement of business and personal objectives by seeking and responding to performance and development feedback
- Management of company portfolio on customer ecommerce platforms, collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams as necessary
Skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
- Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions
- Excellent analytical ability as well as verbal and written communication skills
- University degree
- Experience in Sales or in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry would be an asset
