We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who combines direct response marketing, copywriting, creative strategy, and customer psychology into a single formula — winning ads that scale.
This is role has a clear path to becoming Head of Creatives or Growth Marketer, based on performance if you would like.

Role Overview
You’ll be the driving force behind our creative performance — leading concept ideation, market research, and strategy. You’ll have "ownership" of your creative pod, oversee the production of new ad concepts, and collaborate across teams to create high-converting ads and funnels that drive real revenue growth.

Deliverables
• 10–20 ad briefs per week (video + static) based on data, research, and testing insights
• Oversee your creative pod: video editors, static designers
• Align ad creative strategy with funnel and landing page performance
• Lead weekly creative meetings to share wins, insights, and next steps

Responsibilities
• Conduct deep market and customer research to uncover emotional drivers and insights
• Reverse-engineer top-performing ads across competitors and categories
• Write and guide ad briefs that combine strong hooks, copy, and structure
• Write landing pages to improve RPV and CVR
• Continuously track, analyze, and iterate on creative performance data
• Push for creative diversity, bold testing, and new angles that capture attention

Requirements
• Must have experience working with 8-figure DTC ecommerce brands or direct response agencies
• Must have made winning ads that spent over $100k in ad spend or more
• Deep understanding of landing pages, advertorials, and funnels
• Strong grasp of copywriting, psychology, and customer avatars
• Must have read Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz
• Bonus: Taken professional creative strategy programs (e.g., Evolve, AdStrong, etc.)
