As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. Magazine's Best in Business (twice), Crain's Best Places to Work NYC (twice), and as a finalist for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's 2023 Citizens Awards for companies operating as a force for good. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll be responsible for: * Working directly with our restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues * Responding to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner * Ensuring that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to * Constructively handling or supervising order escalations and customer complaints * Collaborating with management and leadership to develop and improve methods and strategies to support rapid team and platform growth * Serving as a resource to both our prestigious clients and valued restaurant partners, regarding all aspects of daily Group Order operations **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers and restaurant partners * Empathy and the ability to identify with customer dilemmas, providing competent and compassionate support * Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with a close-knit team to achieve common goals * Assertiveness, with the ability to uphold arenaflex standards of service and communicate effectively with customers and restaurant partners * Meticulous written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assess and respond succinctly, relevantly, and professionally to customer emails * Coachability, with a willingness to learn from feedback and seek opportunities for growth and development * Dynamic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the food industry * Familiarity with customer support software and systems * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Base salary: $45k - $54k per year, depending on experience and qualifications * Equity opportunities * Multiple health insurance options * A wide range of benefits, including paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, with a flexible work environment that allows you to work from anywhere.
