RX Global is a dynamic company in the trade show industry seeking a talented Business Development Executive to enhance their events. The role involves driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads in a quick timely manner
- Incorporate value-based selling in customer conversations
- Maintain pipeline and log activity appropriately in Salesforce
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer to customize package
- Prospect new accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Utilize sales strategies and available sales tools to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads
Skills
- Have experience in business development or sales, preferably in the trade show industry
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to learn and grow
