Long Description Responsible for: - Overall BCM strategy, implementation, assurance, and integration with organizational objectives. - Designing and developing BCMS documentation (BIA, BCP, DRP, CMP, IMP, ERP, etc.) and ensuring alignment with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements. - Planning and executing BCM awareness & exercises across IOH and 3rd parties. - Strengthening crisis management governance and process. - Overall, ISO 22301 certification implementation (preparation, internal audit, and guiding auditee during external audit). - Supporting other BCM function/task in the organization Qualification: - Minimum bachelor’s degree - Leadership and managerial skills; conceptual and analytical thinking. - Interpersonal skills - Communication skills - Presentation skills - Report writing skills - Able to work under pressure and tight deadline - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses - Knowledge in Audit techniques - Knowledge in ISO 22301: Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) - Knowledge in crisis management framework design. - Knowledge in ISO31000: Risk Management Framework (added value) - Knowledge in DRII and/or BCI (GPG) standard for BCM (added value) - BCM certifications preferred   Experience: - Experience more than 5 years in BCM - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Risk Management - Minimum 2 years’ experience in auditing field - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manager position - Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication industry   Job Responsibilities Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
