- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 is required
- All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience in applying functions and formulas
- Ability to learn and use Microsoft Access database
- Experience in Accounts Payable reconciliation
- Ability to plan, organize, take initiative, and establish work priorities
- Detail oriented, focused on accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to research and analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and adopt an effective course of action
- Willingness to learn and perform detailed work independently and communicate effectively in both writing and orally
- Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive, and concise reports
