Account Representative - Fully Remote

As part of our successful team, we will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience.
This is a fully remote part-time position
Compensation: Base Hourly Wage + Bonus & Commission ($25,000 - $40,000 annually)
Responsibilities include:
? Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, direct mail, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals and other targeted lists, etc.
? Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
? Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
? Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
? Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals
? Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
My Training Program Includes:
? Licensing Assistance
? Paid Virtual training with experienced representatives
? Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes
? Learning to market property/casualty insurance products
? Setting sales and growth goals
? Working closely with the agent & sales manager to gain an understanding of the agent?s role and office logistics

Requirements: ? Sales experience is a plus (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) ? Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams ? Self-motivated ? Entrepreneurial Spirit ? Ability to work in a team environment ? Ability to multi-task ? Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals ? Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
