HEDIS Outreach Coordinator Compensation
• The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
HEDIS Outreach Coordinator Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
• Fully remote position (no onsite work required)
HEDIS Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach to members to help close gaps in care
• Perform provider chart request calls, faxes, and mailings
• Research provider locations and update medical record request information
• Support medical record collection and data entry for HEDIS reviews
• Document all outreach activity in accordance with audit standards
• Refer members to Case Managers or Social Workers as needed
HEDIS Outreach Coordinator Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of recent HEDIS project support experience
• Strong communication skills with healthcare providers
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Reader, and faxing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare marketing, member outreach, or health education
• Previous call center experience
