We are appointing two Emerging Freelance Project Managers to help build and formalise the operational infrastructure that enables disciplined, scalable service delivery.
These are system-building roles — not maintenance roles.

Role 1 — Emerging Freelance Project Manager Operations Lead
Mandate: Execution Discipline & Service Readiness
You will:
- Coordinate advisory, research, sourcing, and commercial teams
- Own timeline integrity and delivery discipline
- Identify structural inefficiencies and close execution gaps
- Support readiness for client-facing service deployment
You bring:
- Strong organisational control
- Clear, confident communication
- Commercial awareness
- Comfort operating in complexity
Role 2 — Emerging Freelance Project Manager Systems Lead
Mandate: Operational Architecture & Reporting Discipline
You will:
- Formalise workflows and documentation
- Design scalable reporting clarity
- Embed operational structure across functions
- Work alongside the Accounting Systems Architect
- Contribute to long-term system resilience
You bring:
- Process fluency
- Structural thinking
- Detail precision
- Confidence designing frameworks, not just executing tasks
REPORTING & ENVIRONMENT
- Both roles report to a Senior Project Manager (Freelance)
- Operate collaboratively within defined accountability
- Work closely with the Accounting Systems Architect
