As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve their queries and concerns. This is a remote opportunity, and you must reside in Texas to be eligible. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to address their queries, concerns, and feedback, providing personalized solutions and support. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with empathy, patience, and kindness, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other team members across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, embracing feedback and operating in a culture of continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), as demonstrated through a written assessment. Ability to multitask, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including shifting schedules and working overtime as required. High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications A passion for pets and a genuine desire to help pet owners. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems. Technical Requirements A dedicated workspace with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed). A work area that is free from distractions and background noise, suitable for webcam use. A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam will be provided by blithequark.
