Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Recruiter to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts for customer service roles. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements. Key Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various customer service positions within arenaflex, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent Utilize a variety of methods to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for customer service roles Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for our customer service team Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in full-cycle recruitment Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and ADA Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work, ensuring error-free recruitment processes and excellent candidate experiences Preferred Qualifications Previous experience recruiting for customer service roles, with a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for success in these positions Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, including CRM and HRIS systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and develop strategic solutions to improve recruitment processes Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Interpersonal skills : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members Organizational skills : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Technical skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with recruitment software and systems Analytical skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and develop strategic solutions to improve recruitment processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
