Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Record Chief to join our team at FedEx, working remotely and overseeing key accounts in Tennessee and surrounding regions. As a Corporate Account Manager (CAM), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with major clients, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through face-to-face sales approaches, building associations with potential future clients, and acting as a subject matter expert in all FedEx services. Sales Plans and Strategy: Create and implement sales plans for key accounts to achieve specified revenue and margin goals, analyzing and interacting with solutions to complete corporate requests for proposals, and tracking and guaranteeing the productivity of assigned accounts. Sales Research: Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new potential business, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with other FedEx operating companies to accommodate client needs and corporate objectives, collaborating with Inside Sales to ensure client needs and corporate goals are met. Sales Systems: Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to reflect area activity, contact information, and opportunities accurately, working extensively with MS Office products to present and offer data both internally and externally. Essential Qualifications Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience in transportation, preferably in the logistics or courier industry. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with solid transportation and flexibility to accommodate business needs. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various outreach groups, including sales teams, operations, and finance. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is a plus. Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell and service specific vertical business markets, with a strong focus on customer relationship management. Preferred Qualifications Transportation Industry Expertise: Experience working in corporate or national account transportation sales. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
