Venture Partner (Co-Investing & Portfolio Support) Remote | Deal-by-Deal | Carry Participation Become a Venture Partner Join Initio Capital’s Venture Partner Network and participate directly in venture deals alongside experienced founders, operators, and investors. Venture Partners co-invest in curated opportunities, support portfolio companies, and earn carry on successful exits—without the overhead of running a fund. This role is designed for individuals with investing or operating experience who want direct exposure, ownership, and upside in venture-backed companies.
