As a US Solution Architect, you will lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on AWS, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams. You will guide best practices in cloud-native architecture, infrastructure as code, and automation while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position provides a hands-on opportunity to shape enterprise cloud strategies, mentor engineering teams, and influence technical decisions that impact large-scale solutions. Accountabilities: Architect and implement end-to-end cloud solutions for enterprise applications using AWS services. Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions with services such as EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, Cognito, OpenSearch, S3, Quicksight, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Glue. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering teams. Drive adoption of best practices in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, automation, and security. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA and HITRUST, particularly for U.S. Healthcare applications. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance solution delivery and reliability. Requirements 10+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise solution design. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, Cognito, OpenSearch, S3, Quicksight, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Glue). Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, and Node.js. Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, microservices, and serverless computing. Expertise in cloud security best practices and infrastructure as code (IaC). AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate with significant enterprise experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
