Urgent Hiring - Freelancer – E-Commerce Website Handler

Job Overview We are seeking a talented Freelancer – E-Commerce Website Handler to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento and will be responsible for handling end-to-end e-commerce operations. Duties • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement. • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, enhancing visibility and driving organic traffic. • Conduct keyword research and apply findings to improve conversion optimization across product pages. • Handle product uploads, pricing, descriptions, categories, and inventory updates. • Ensure smooth functioning of the cart, checkout, and payment options. • Manage order processing, returns, and refunds. • Coordinate with the graphic/design team for banners, creatives, and promotional material. • Implement best practices for SEO, website performance, and user experience. • Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements. • Provide excellent customer experience by ensuring website reliability. Requirements • 1.5+ years of proven experience in handling e-commerce websites. • Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento • Understanding of online order management and payment gateways. • Basic knowledge of SEO & analytics tools is a plus. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is a plus but not mandatory.
