As a UX Writer/Content Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive, user‑focused content that enhances our product experiences. This position blends writing excellence with strategic thinking, helping define voice, tone, and content standards while collaborating with designers and product teams to deliver seamless workflows. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with product designers from project inception to ensure content aligns with user needs. Develop and maintain content standards, including tone mapping, voice guidelines, and style guides. Create documentation frameworks for change management and content‑design best practices. Explore and implement AI‑driven content solutions to boost efficiency and scalability. Contribute to information architecture and ensure workflows support user mental models. Day‑to‑Day Tasks Write and edit microcopy for web and mobile interfaces. Participate in design sprints and provide content expertise during prototyping. Maintain and evolve documentation for content standards and guidelines. Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and tone adjustments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on content audits and accessibility improvements. Contribute to style guide updates and ensure consistency across products. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
