Technical Project Manager & Operations Lead (Real Estate Tech / High-Volume Web Production)

We are a nationwide AEO-optimized (AI Search–optimized) website company for real estate agents and teams and are currently onboarding external development agencies to fulfill a pipeline of 250+ websites per month (WordPress and MERN builds). We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our internal team. You will be the bridge between our leadership and our external development partners. Your mission is to build the systems, manage the workflows, and ensure that every single site delivered meets our quality standards at scale. The Core Mission - You aren't just moving tickets; you are building a production machine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational flow of hundreds of web builds simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external dev agencies. Ensure they meet deadlines, adhere to technical specs (AEO/SEO/Schema), and maintain quality. - Systems Architecture (ClickUp): Design, implement, and optimize our project management workspace in ClickUp. You must be a power user capable of building automated workflows, Dashboards, and Gantt charts to track 250+ concurrent projects. - Technical Oversight: Validate that IDX/MLS integrations are functioning correctly and that builds follow our strict AEO (AI Engine Optimization) guidelines. - Operational Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production pipeline and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to solve them. - QA Management: Oversee the internal QA process to ensure external agencies are delivering pixel-perfect, high-performance sites. - Reporting: Provide weekly high-level reports on production status, agency performance, and "time-to-launch" metrics. Requirements (Must-Haves) - Proven Experience in High-Volume Management: You have managed projects at scale (dozens or hundreds of deliverables per month), not just 1 or 2 sites at a time. - ClickUp Mastery: You don't just "know" ClickUp; you can build complex ecosystems within it. - Technical Literacy: You understand the difference between WordPress and MERN stacks. You are familiar with SEO, Structured Data, and ideally, have experience with IDX/MLS integrations. - Real Estate Tech Familiarity: Understanding the nuances of real estate web dev (property feeds, map searches, lead capture) is a massive advantage. - The "Operator" Mindset: You are obsessed with efficiency, documentation, and "getting things done."
