Qualifications: Proven experience in supervising and coordinating retail sales staff in establishments or departmental settings.Strong background in management functions, including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel management.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.Ability to document and explain complex retail scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time capacity.Expertise in store operations from roles such as Department Manager, Store Manager, or Shift Manager.Enthusiastic about using domain expertise to advance AI technologies.
