For more information, please visit As a Staff Frontend Engineer you will take the lead on translating our natural language processing and machine learning technology into useful, beautiful experiences. Roles and Responsibilities - How You Will Make an Impact Collaborate with design and product to build functional and delightful product experiences Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Innovate new FE architectures and technologies Drive process improvements Create prototypes for additional exploration Collaborate with backend engineers on API design Relevant Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of Frontend Software Development Expertise in Typescript, React, Redux, and HTML and CSS Experience building and maintaining frontend component libraries Experience working with design systems Experience with the development and long-term maintenance of SaaS products Proficiency writing unit and integration tests Experience leading commercial software technical projects end-to-end in an agile environment on any major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) 8+ years of shipping production grade software Bonus Points: Experience working with AI, ML or agentic systems Back-end development experience with Python Experience with CI/CD Proficiency with AI-enhanced editors (Cursor, Windsurf) The annual cash compensation range for this position is US$180,000 to US$240,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above. Primer works closely with the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment.
